Sleeping!

For our guests, we have prepared three charming rooms on the first floor.  Each of them has its own private bathroom with bath or shower and a private balcony with a view overlooking the garden, olive groves and vineyard. They provide wired and wi-fi internet conection, satellite TV, air conditioned/heating and mini fridge.

Every room is characterized by a different furniture colour: lilac, green, cream. The antiqued effect of the furniture and the wrought iron beds, the honey brown wooden ceiling, together with the attention paid to every detail convey a cosy and familiar atmosphere.

We wish to highlight that Pessighette is an “historical house”. That means that in the renovation we were forbidden to modify the external structure, so the sloping roof, in some parts of the rooms (especially in the bathrooms), may be a little uncomfortable for very tall people.

Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linens and towels are changed every three days.

The Green Room

It’s the brightest room of the house. It is characterized by the light green furniture and the wrought iron double bed, that draw the natural colours of the view into the room. From the room, in fact, you can eye the vineyard, olive groves and the facing hill. The shower bathroom is of a dominant green colour, and it features a convenient little wall on two sides useful for placing your toiletries.

The Lilac Room

This is the most “Sardinian” room, thanks to the twin/double bed headboard which represents the typical Sardinian lapwings. There is a third bed, near the French door. It’s furnished with a pretty lilac/indigo colour, contrasting with the white walls and the honey brown wooden ceiling. The elegant chandelier comes from the family heritage. The wide bathroom has a shower. The view overlooks the garden, with palms and a tall pinaster tree, and embraces the vineyard on the left and the village of Magomadas on the top of the hill, in front.

The Cream Room

Large and spacious, the Cream Room is suitable for families. Its two wrought iron beds can be joined making a double bed and its sofa bed provides one or two additional places. The antiqued effect cream colour furniture, together with the grey and bordeaux desk lamp, cushions and sofa portrays a romantique and retro atmosphere. The sunny white and yellow bathroom has a bath tub and shower. The room overlooks the garden, with the palms and a tall pinaster tree; on the left, you can see the vineyard and the olive groves, and in front, on the top of the hill, the village of Magomadas.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We serve it in the dining room on the ground floor or, during warm season, outside under the pergola with a view on the vineyard.

It’s an Italian style breakfast, that means “sweet”, with some preparations which are homemade, like bread, jams, cakes, yogurt. To these, we add cereals, biscuits, fresh fruit, accompanied by tea, coffee, cappuccino and juices.

But, to those who prefer savoury food, we always have also cheese and cold cuts!

Rates

All rooms can be booked as singles or doubles.

Rates are per room/per night. Minimum stay: 2 nights low season - 3 nights high and peak season.  

Tourist tax: low season (1^st January-31^st May; 1^st October-31^st December): 1,00 € pp/pd; high season (1^st June-30^th September): 1,5 € pp/pd. Maximum payment: 7 nights.

Reservation Policy:

up to 15 days before date of arrival (6.30 p.m.)                  = no cancellation charges

within 14 to 7 days before date of arrival (6.30 p.m.)          = 30% charge out of the total amount

within 6 to check-in time (2 p.m.)                                        = 50% charge out of the total amount

For late cancellation or no show                                         = 100% charge out of the total amount
